Rescue A Family (2012 - 2015) was a synth pop duo consisting of members Lilly Ashton/mothcub and Ed Lawrence.
They released the album Binocular in late 2014, and 2 EPs in 2013: Myopia and Hyperopia, the latter featuring a cover of Madonna's Papa Don't Preach.
Their influences include Depeche Mode, New Order, and Heaven 17, as well as dreamy musicians like Grimes, Beach House, and Craft Spells.
