15yr old DJ/Producer Reuben Keeney profile is getting higher and higher, ever since his mixes starting appearing on dance music and clubbing forums about a year ago. He has been DJ-ing for over a year now and started producing 8-9 months ago.
He describes his style as Dirty Electro and Tech House. His main influences are Fergie, Jordan X, Cormac McCorrey, The Japaneese Popstars, Tony Watters, Jason Young, Adrian Devine, Mr Henry Von just a few to name..
His label Localized Records is fast becoming one of the best quality label’s in Ireland, reaching out to worldwide support from the likes of BBC Radio 1, Fergie, Agnelli and Nelson, Matt Darey, Christian Hoff, Djuma Soundsystem, Jay Cox….
His weekly radio show (Localized Sounds) on DI.FM is quickly becoming one of the favourite shows on DI, reaching out to 800+ listeners a week, Wednesdays 6-7pm (UK time)
In the following months Reuben will have alot in store for everyone, including a week in Ibiza, 18th June for 7 days, which will include dates such as Cream Opening Party - Amnesia, Manumission, Eden, A “Release Ireland” night, (venue TBC) and many more dates to be added!
Production wise, Reuben is currently producing with young gun, DSJ from America, and many of self productions, which will be available very soon!
