Biography
Roel Hoogendoorn is an electronic artist born (1987) in the Netherlands. He has been an active Dj/Producer since the age of 15, releasing his first record in 2005 on Deep Focus under the shortened name Roel H. After experimenting in all kinds of genre's and even starting a pop band called 'Audioknights' with his best friend he was now ready for a new adventure in the electronic world.
Now he makes electronic music under his full name Roel Hoogendoorn, housing all of the fresh idea's made in the past years. Roel's music harvests a deep emotional layer into the electronic dancefloor grooves. Making it not only suitable for the dancefloor but also to have a closer listen outside of the clubs. He will always try to bring a new concept or combination to the table, never recycling what he has done before. His sound is a mixture of warm melody lines and tight drum patterns put into story telling arrangements which can lead anywhere.
