This year has seen the release of One For The Road, Sam Sallon’s debut album.
Outside the studio, Sam has spent the last few years perfecting his delivery and finding fans on tour with a diverse set of homegrown and international talents including Paul Kelly, Pete Doherty, Mark Fry, Lyle Lovett, Dot Allison, Lucy Rose, Johnny Flynn, Son of Dave, Fionn Regan, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Johnny Bramwell, Nouvelle Vague, Paul Wassif and the Neil Cowley Trio, among others. Sam recently completed his second UK radio tour.
One For The Road follows on the heels of Sam’s acclaimed debut EP, Kathy’s Song (Indigo-Octagon 2013), featuring his distinctive take on the Paul Simon classic.
When not hunched over his guitar, Sam divides his time between going to gigs, trying to solve the world’s problems at 3am and eating too much sugary food. He lives in London.
One For The Road is available digitally and will be available on CD from September 1st 2013 on indie imprint Indigo-Octagon via Proper Music Group.
