There are multiple artists with the name Samurai Pizza Cats
1) This Ska/Party band originated in the town of Oneonta, located in the Central New York region. The Samurai Pizza Cats began practicing as a 7-piece band in a cramped 2 bedroom apartment in the Spring of 2010. They soon became the energetic and hilarious 9-piece ska band that you would make a point to go out and watch during your drunken adventures. They now play as a 6-piece band and are based out of Long Island, NY. Their debut album "Cheers" is available pretty much everywhere!
2) SAMURAI PIZZA CATS were founded in 2021 by Daniel Haniß (Electric Callboy), Sebastian Fischer and Stefan Buchwald (both ex-Fall Of Gaia). Stefan Reufer later joined as the fourth band member and completed the project. The band name is a reference to an anime series from the 90s. By naming their music “Catcore from Castrop” the band combines Metalcore and Deathcore as well as electronic elements. For the first singles, they were able to gain strong feature guests, including members of Future Palace and For I Am King.
