just talent doesnt cut it. you need to wear a dress made of meat or get beaten by your boy friend or something - she is too normal.

Saw her today at the Sound of Music festival and I have to say sincerely that her performance was absolutely flawless. Sarah, you are an amazing woman and I hope you continue producing these musical works of art.

She is so fucking underrated. Everybody should know this woman - her intelligence, personality, music, this is all so inspiring. I just totally love her. <3

"I Am a LIght" is spellbinding me right now. I'm enjoying both "Land" and "Sea" much more than I have her past couple of albums.

Babooshko is right, it's definitely a grower! Especially Land. The more I listen to it, the more I recognize old school Slean elements. Society Song is almost a twin to Bank Accounts, while the percussion and guitar on Girls Hating Girls remind me of Playing Cards with Judas.

So far I am so disoppointed about Land & Sea. Gotta put on Orphan Music soon to remind myself why I'm a fan of Sarah.

Okay, now I finally have it all and now that I've listened to "Sea" much more, I'm now clueless... I actually like both sides - they're both equally good, I'm proud of the CD, the thing is that you have to be in the right mood to "get" one part over other one, or even both. The "Land" makes me move, while "Sea" makes me sit and watch leafs walling of trees and think about things like eternity, love, time and what's important and what is "still here while we're living", I say, "Land" is for happy days and "Sea" for these days when you want to sit down and just think. That is how it's for me :)

Personally I choose simple Sarah without any orchestra just her and piano, like on Beauty Lives (B-sides), all thought she really goes together with orchestra, however I still have to listen to "Sea" more.

I prefer Land over Sea, but I have to listen to Sea again again to fully put my feet into shoes :)
