1) Sear is a blackened death metal band from Helsinki, Finland. They have released 2 full length albums, which are "Begin the Celebrations of Sin" (2005) and "Lamentations Of Destruction" (2007). They are currently signed to Dynamic Arts Records, who hosts a number of other notable artists including Impaled Nazarene, Deathchain, Deathbound, Shade Empire and Scorngrain.
2) Sear is an electronic/trip-hop project by Michelle Richfield, who appeared as the lead female vocalist on the first two albums of Antimatter and as a guest vocalist on My Dying Bride's "34,788% Complete" and Anathema's "Eternity".
3) Sear is a band with members from both North Carolina and South Carolina, USA and they have released one EP named "Grief in V stages" (2023). Their music is said to have combined influences from various different genres such as screamo, black metal, grindcore, and death metal. Some of the members were also in the South Carolina band To Forget.
4) Sear is an emerging electronic music artist from Alberta, Canada. He just released his debut album "Remember The Summer" (2024), consisting of electronic hard dance, electro-pop, ambient and electronic instrumental music. His next album "Starless Summer", releasing March 28 2024, has more of a focus on electronic hard dance.
