Formed in 2016, Silvercord is a progressive metalcore band from Dallas, TX. Their debut EP "Flora" was released in 2018 and available on Bandcamp. The band recorded an EP at Atrium Audio in August 2020 and recently signed to Famined Records for the release.
2. American ambient artist
Silvercord is the ethereal/dark ambient project created to emulate the states of consciousness found between sleep and dream. With rich, swirling drones, alien atmospheres and haunting melodies, Silvercord intends to open the gates of the dreamworld and immerse the listener into undiscovered countries of the mind at times ethereal and atmospheric, and others beat driven and loud..sound is our canvas.
Silvercord was formed in the autumn of 1999 by Michigan natives, Geoff Nostrant, Ken Ball and Joe Klowski at their collective Studios. Inspired by the music of such bands as Velour 100, Slowdive, the Cure, Dead Can Dance, Black Tape For a Blue Girl, Steve Roach and the Autumns, Silvercord dares to deviate from pop music culture to cross into the mind set of listeners who wish to make an aural expericence their own. Silvercord 's debut album hosts members from all walks of life, some of which include and opera major, a concert pianst and popular Detroit electronic artists that are part of the motor city's electronic music hub. Along with two independent releases, Silvercord single "My Bride of Night" was showcased on the Detroit Electronic Coalition's 2001 release: Dt2. The 2nd Silvercord release, “Bioluminescence” is more of a thorough darkambient/ethereal experience. Silvercord currently continues in South Korea still making sounds from a forgotten place…

3. Irish alternative band
Silvercord are a self-published, young alternative rock band based in Lurgan, Northern Ireland. The band was formed in early 2007 and have been busy creating their own distinguished sound ever since.
The band consists of vocalist and guitarist Steven Reilly, bassist Míchéal Murray and drummer Chris McConville, all of whom have received critical acclaim from local papers and local radio stations.
Silvercord have performed in venues in their own local area such as the Ceili House and Bar Cuba, as well as further afield in Gildernews Armagh, Lavery's Bunker, Belfast and The Pavillion, Belfast to name a few.
They continue to wow audiences across Northern Ireland with their experimental vibe and fresh take on alternative rock.
