Slychosis is an American art rock band. Originating from Brandon, Mississippi the band core member is Gregg Johns (vocals, guitars, keyboards).
The current lineup includes Gregg Johns (guitar, keyboards, bass and vocals), Tony White (lead vocals and guitar), Shannon Goree (drums and vocals), and Vladimir Moldavsky (graphic arts and artistic inspiration) . The band recently released its latest album, "Fractured Eye." The latest offering includes a guest appearance by Bones Joshua Theriot of Abigail's Ghost on lead guitar.
Previous releases have included "Slychosis", "Slychedelia". and "Mental Hygiene." Previous members include James Walker (bass), Todd Sears (percussion,vocals and keyboard), Chip Griffith (saxophone), Jeremy Mitchell (drums), Clay Pell (bass) and Ceci Whitehurst (lead vocals).
Guests artists have included - Jeff Hamel (guitar and keyboards), Bones Joshua Theriot (guitar), Bridget Shield (vocals) and Michael Fortenberry (trumpet)
