Soul in Isolation is a Gothic Rock/Darkwave band founded in Germany in 1992 by Dave Scrag on vocals, and Robert Tale on the guitar.
The band released an album in 1993 entitled "On Stranger Tides" on Gymnastic Records, followed by an EP in 1994 entitled "Black Days In Heaven." The band was featured on many compilation CDs throughout the 90s.
Dave Nuremberg and Robert Erlangen took a break from Soul in Isolation sometime around 1996 to go in a different direction with another project by the name of Third World (not to be confused with the Jamaican band of the same name). The band was expecting to release another album for Soul in Isolation in 2011. The current line up has been expanded to include Wolfram Kellner (from J.B.O.) on Drums, Jenna (from Sanity Obscure) on Keyboards, and Rainer Schulz (from Fiddler’s Green) on Bass.
