STARLIFTERS
Is a french/filter house & electro music group from Croatia formed by Daniel Chelan (Beat Gates) and Zvonimir Garashich (Switch). Both of them have been makin' music a long time, and have expressed themselves throughout hip hop, techno, drum'n'bass and lounge music. They are still unsigned but persistent at expending their music to ears all around the world.
Switch - was born in Zagreb/Croatia. At an early age he was fascinated with electronic music and found inspiration in house music from the late 90's and early 00's like Daft Punk, Modjo, Stardust, Phats & Small and so on. His sound is a mix of modern electro house and classic filter/disco house. In his spare time he does a little techno/house DJ-ing.
Beat Gates - was born in Sarajevo/BiH and is currently
living in Zagreb/Croatia. When he was just a kid he started listening to Daft Punk, Cassius and Le Knight Club and later found them to be a great motivation for making his own music. His sound is more like early classic house music of the 90's. In his spare time he does some graphic designing and makes his own drum kits.
They came together and formed Starlifters in 2009.
