Stephanie is a name of at least seven artists:

1) A simplification of Stéphanie, a mononym of Stéphanie Marie Elisabeth Grimaldi (aka Stéphanie de Monaco and Stephanie (Princess Stephanie Of Monaco)), an 80s star. Sites: Discogs

2) A romanisation of ステファニー (b. 5 Aug 1987), a Japanese-American singer who débuted with the single "君がいる限り" (May 2007, SME - best known as ステファニー's "君がいる限り", aka "Kimi ga Iru Kagiri" and ステファニー's "Kimi ga Iru Kagiri"). Her latest release is second album "Colors of my Voice" (Jun 2009, SME - best known as ステファニー's "Colors of My Voice").

The début title track "Kimi ga Iru Kagiri" (best known as best known as ステファニー's "君がいる限り", aka "君がいる限り" and ステファニー's "Kimi ga Iru Kagiri"), was featured as the first ending theme for the anime "Kiss Dum: Engage Planet".

Other releases include "Friends" (Jan 2008, SME - aka ステファニー's "フレンズ", "フレンズ" and ステファニー's "Friends"), the title track of which is her most popular track.

Stephanie has an Armenian-American father and a Japanese mother, and lived in California until she was 14. When she was in California, she sent demo material to music producer Joe Rinoie, who was very impressed - motivating her to travel to Japan, in 2002. Currently, she is enrolled at Aoyama Gakuin University and studies law. Prior to début, not even her face was revealed. She has a five octave vocal range.
