Great tune!.. Early 'Wolf!.. Still waiting to hear "Monster/Suicide/America" on here after 20,000 plays..Get with it,Last.fm!!!..Released in Fall '69..Song was anthemic for me growing up!..It signaled the beginning of the 1970's!...Sort of like "After The Goldrush" by Neil Young in genre. Released in Aug '70..Not in any panic, have it 'round the house and then there's Youtube!..Nbd!

Steppenwolf had the ability to stretch out on their albums. The 45's were cool singles but didn't really capture the musicianship of each member of the band. At least on their first 2 albums they had several tracks that showed their talents.
