Strike Scrobbling was a demonstration of protest against ruinous changes on Last.fm, such as removal of forums, blogs, and user groups. People listened to this fake artist to express their discontent and show Last.fm management how numerous the protesters are. Strike Scrobbling unfortunately did not achieve its goal.
