"Reach Out" is the first single released from "A Beginner’s Mind", and was partly inspired by Wim Wenders’ 1987 film "Wings of Desire", a romantic fantasy about invisible, immortal angels who populate Berlin and listen to the thoughts of its human inhabitants, comforting the distressed.
