This album is definitely... something. No skips, 10/10, elegant, and a lot of takes from the demo's (The Demon Tapes) which they re-used. Love what they've done with it, although I am kind of sad that they did not keep their annual battlefield cries and screams in their songs.

Maybe the harder to get into it. But Through The Forest Of Dol Guldur is amazing!

On the whole, I've never quite fully appreciated Minas Morgal to the extent that I have with other Summoning albums. In small doses I find it enjoyable, though.

I know it was 1995 but the Casio-esque keyboards are making it hard for me to get into this. Feels like black metal "D&D: Warriors of the Eternal Sun" for Sega Genesis.

I didn't like this very much at first, but it get's better with every listen. Maybe it will close up to my Summoning favs one day.
