INVU is the third full-length album by Taeyeon. It was released on February 14, 2022 with "INVU" serving as the album's title track. "Can't Control Myself" was released on January 17, 2022 as a pre-release single for the album.
"INVU" is described as an intense and ardent love song. It's a house-based pop dance song with soft and dreamy synth sounds and impressive flute melodies in the chorus. The vocals in the song deeply express the different emotions contained in the song: along with the high notes that help tell the storytelling more dramatically.
The album achieved #1 on the iTunes album charts in 23 different regions around the world. It was also #1 on China's QQ Music digital album sales chart. The song "INVU" won two monthly charts as it got number one on both the digital and streaming chart on Gaon.
