Biography
The Brentwoods can be:
1. Formed by Karen Singletary and Darin Rafeilli (Supercharger), The Brentwoods from the Bay Area released five singles and one full length LP. After the shortlived single filled life of the Brentwoods, Raeffelli went on to do a Kim Fowley trip with teenage all-girl band the Donnas
2. A comedy band from North Smithfield, RI who write song parodies. The band first formed in 2006 and currently includes: The Blazed Joker, Bab Soget (formerly known as Cannabis Wylde) and Mike Bibby. Progressive rap artist Kopec was briefly a member of the band in early 2010, appearing on their fifth album "Funemployment", until tensions within the band forced him to quit.
The Brentwoods insist upon calling themselves a band even though none of it's members play instruments. The group takes it's name from Brentwood Drive in North Smithfield, RI, a road that Bab Soget formerly lived on. http://www.facebook.com/thebrentwoods.
