The Chameleons' debut album came out in 1983 and is one of the seminal post-punk records. Three singles were released from the album: "Up the Down Escalator", "As High as You Can Go" and "A Person Isn't Safe Anywhere These Days". "Don't Fall" was additionally released as a promo single in France.
