Andreas Gidlund, born on October 31, 1976, in Umeå, is a Swedish jazz musician and composer. He also performs as The City of Birches, Eddie Harper, Gidde and Geeder. Andreas began his musical journey as a child, exploring various instruments. His love for the melancholic and sentimental expressions in music, especially jazz ballads, was possibly influenced by the cold and long winters of the north.
