"The Hanging Garden" is a song by English rock band The Cure, released as the sole single from their fourth studio album, Pornography. The single made it to number 34 in the UK Singles Chart. The music video for the single shows the band playing in the London's York House Gardens and wearing masks similar to the concept of the album, Pornography. In 1998, the California-based alternative rock band, AFI, covered The Hanging Garden on their A Fire Inside EP.
