Great album although the bottom half can't keep up with the upper half musically (tracks 1-6 are simply a fantastic run). It's a very beautiful album indeed.

Box and Home are both amazing imo, but I scrapped The Quiet One and The Forgotten one ages ago; I forgot they were part of the tracklist. The album flows like a dream without them 😅

This album is so cathartic; it's supported me through a lot of the lows in my life <3

I can't tell you how much this album means to me in a very essential personal sense. I remember listening to it in replay mode immediately after the release for months. An album dedicated to a day in a life of an insignificant average person trapped in daily routines and concerns is simply perfect to exorcise those routines and concerns. Incredibly relevant and personal.

The same for me, I was amazed and mesmerized back in 2006 when I listened to this album

I'm not a huge fan of The Gathering, but I really enjoyed this album :). I will definitely check out more after this. Alone is still my favorite.

I don't have words to describe how much this album means to me, I just can define it as ajourney to the introspection or soul's desintoxication.

Some albums are way to low in the charts cuz of mistagging. It's [album artist=The Gathering]How To Measure A Planet? (disc 1)[/album] * [album artist=The Gathering]How To Measure A Planet (disc 2)[/album] * [album artist=The Gathering]if_then_else[/album] * [album artist=The Gathering]Always...[/album] * [album artist=The Gathering]Sleepy Buildings - A Semi Acoustic Evening[/album] * [album artist=The Gathering]A Noise Severe (disc 1)[/album] * [album artist=The Gathering]A Noise Severe (disc 2)[/album]. Some others might be up for discussion (Accessories, Downfall). But get those others higher up the charts! ;-) namasté

It's somewhat fitting that this is the saddest record they ever made. They'll never be that good again. [2]

From the intro song to the last reprise... so amazing. One of my top favorite albums of all time. :) [2]
