I can completely understand that the vocals may be off-putting for some people, but it's been a year or so since I've discovered them and I gotta say, you get used to it and'll probably grow to even love them.

I don't think it ever put me off. I never thought it would be an issue for some people 🤔

Apparently it was for some people, looking at older shouts on this page. Had forgotten I posted that, but I still listen to the band regularly five years after my last shout.

Boy is it bittersweet listening to The Luckies now. My heart aches even more than it used to do and sometimes I forget to breathe properly.

Went and saw these guys on the farewell tour on a whim and was completely blown away. Them breaking up is the worst thing to happen to Australian music in the 2000's.

I spent the summer with the curtains drawn against it, cursing all the nights you'd wasted under unfamiliar stars. Should it one day come to pass that you sit down to your memoirs, where will this go? The chapter in your life entitled San Francisco. Lovelovelovelovelove. <3
