The Oohlas are a rock band from Los Angeles, California, USA formed in 2004. The Oohlas consist of Olivia Stone (vocals/guitar), Mark Eklund (bass/vocals), and Greg Eklund (vocals/guitar). Greg Eklund is the former member of rock band Everclear, who departed the band in 2004. The band released an LP entitled "Best Stop Pop", released on September 26, 2006, on Stolen Transmission Records, a subsidiary of Island Def Jam. The band has shared the stage with Sean Lennon, The Raveonettes, Giant Drag, Burning Brides, Carina Round, the Duke Spirit, Men Women & Children as well as many others. In May of 2007 they signed to Island Records and have began work on their second album.
They recently were featured on the soundtrack for the movie Spider-Man 3, with their song "Small Parts".
