"My Medicine" is the opening track of The Pretty Reckless' debut studio album Light Me Up. The song was written by Taylor Momsen, Ben Phillips, and Kato Khandwala, and produced by the latter.
A music video co-produced by Taylor Momsen along with Stefan Smith and Meiert Avis, who also directed some videos of this era, was released on March 9, 2012. Taylor‘s Gossip Girl co-star Connor Paolo makes a quick cameo in the video.
