Found out about Traffic by happenstance way back when. Ironically they were not to popular within my circle in the Mid West. I did see Dave Mason in concert live after they broke up when his Split Coconut album came out. But nothing compares to the music of Traffic.

Always enjoyed this track and often find myself joining in, singing, humming, or whistling it.

Let's not forget what a great drummer Jim Capaldi could be, I love his loosely grooving feel on the John Barleycorn LP

God I wish I'd have been able to see this guy and his fantastic band of musicians and backing singers, who I don't feel get enough recognition for the part they played in supporting James, and providing that truly 'FUNKTASTIC' driving sound that combinded with his vocals (and stage presence), created not only a great sound and experience, but an atmosphere that conveyed the feel and 'beat' of the and stage times !! Hope you got 'dat !! ; )) James was and still is THE MAN, THE MAIN MAN, AND SOUL BROTHER NUMBER ONE, and although a sobering thought, the like of where very unlikely to ever see again !! But there could never be another James Brown anyway !!

This song is great! I fell in love with it the first time I heard it on The Wonder Years.
