I felt like this when I was 19... (same age as him when he wrote this) and now I feel the same when I'm 27.

Where do I begin with this? One of my problems with OF has always been that they don't seem to have any emotion, that all their work is just entertainingly depraved shocker rap. Fun to listen to, but not anything I could really emotionally invest in. But this...this isn't even music anymore. This propels the whole album into the realm of philosophic art. Tyler gets into some serious shit about the nature of identity and what it means to be evil. I'm speechless.

This goes so fucking hard. "Niggas saying 'Free Earl' without even knowing him. See they're missing the new album, I'm missing my only friend."

It would have been great if Goblin had more of this. The line about Earl honestly has more emotional weight than most of the album put together.
