This was the last album of the Vallenfyre trilogy. No further albums are to be expected.

New album sounds good, guitar tone has a raw tone that has a sort of Nails vibe, especially on the track Born to Decay.

I've just actually created a Paradise Lost / Vallenfyre playlist with some of the heaviest Paradise Lost and the doomiest Vallenfyre songs, listening to it at the very moment, and the latter (including the three I just mentioned) wouldn't be out of place on the last Paradise Lost album (nor, probably, on the next one), though of course they'd be among the very heaviest songs.

Hooked on this band after discovering them a few days ago. Such a crushing, raw sound with awesome, deep and clear production. Amazing stuff.

Their new album 'Splinters' brings you back to the old school 90s death metal. It's addictive =)

Ah Vallenfyre! Band that made me laugh my arse off at Summer Breeze for all the right reasons. I do love the Yorkshire sense of humour.
