Yeah, Assedor. That's original. I noticed the very same comment about King Crimson, too.

Band maintains its sound; creating music is about one key for all the albums. It should be noted that the team is trying to squeeze out all the creative juices, the entire potential. The band is still very, very recognizable. However, looking at the membership does not have to wonder.

Is this madness just a recurring wave of total emotion or a hide for the undercover man

Saw VDGG at Weely festival in 71 and various gigs around Manchester. It felt like my band back then, so few had heard of them. Very few things from then sound this good now. True genius.

I wonder who the "undercover man" refers to and whether the song alludes to something real or the whole scenario is fictional.

Terrific. Saw VdGG a couple of times pre-split/hiatus, and then a few times after they got going again in 75. Always a great intense live show (one time after 'cake' one of our number couldn't take it in the confines of the Marquee and had to run out) and this is one of my favourite VdGG numbers.

I agree with molly_polliwog: "this has one of the most wonderfully bonkers vocal melodies ever."

Mmmm...please pass me a moist towelette. (sounds like the same Hammond "stop" on Banks' Hammond.)
