There are three artists with this name:
1) VerBS is a rapper and photographer from the Culver City Los Angeles area 1/8 of Los Angeles Rap collective The Swim Team. He came up through the local hip hop circuit in the mid 2000s perfecting his craft countless thursdays at the world famous Project Blowed He has released one EP, entitled The Progress EP in Jan.2008 In june 2009 he Dropped collab Project with Alaskan West coast trans plant Intuition THE BUZZ under the group name Intuition and VerBS.August 2010 He released The Progress EP 2:Fuck yea Man you van here his music and download a bunch of awesome songs at http://verbs.bandcamp.com His influences include Coconut Juice,Ice cube,Common,Phonte,Murs,The cardigans,Metric,The Strokes,One Be Lo,Jdilla,MF DOOM,Mos Def,Jean Grae,Apani B fly,Jayz,Busta Rhymes He has no connection with the artist below, called Knowdaverbs and who is a Christian rapper.
2)Verbs (previously known as Knowdaverbs, real name Michael Boyer II ) is a Christian hip hop artist who has achieved respect in the industry. Knowdaverbs has recorded for the Gotee label, home to GRITS and affiliated with dc Talk. He started rapping at the age of twelve, and spent time dancing with GRITS during the mid-'90s. His debut album, The Syllabus (1999), and his second album, The Action Figure (2000) were both fairly successful for gospel rap.
3) Verbs is Nate Terepka, Matt Kirby, Andrew Clinard, Garrett Cook, and Casey Baird. Based out of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, they play noisy pop tunes. Their debut album, Living Room, is available for free download at their website, http://verbstheband.com/
