The fifth album by U.S. death metal band Vital Remains was released on August 22, 2003. The lyrics deal with the Dechristianization of France during the French Revolution. The intro - "Let the Killing Begin" - features a section of Carl Orff's "O Fortuna" and voices from the movie The Greatest Story Ever Told.
Also available as 2x12" gatefold LP, limited to 1,500 copies, released by
Restrain Records (NL).
