Biography
An Indonesian Shoegaze/Midwest Emo-influenced Indie Rock band formed by Adtria Fachri of What The Sparrow Did To You. This unit later emerged as a band with Fidyan Genial on bass and Rizky Ramandhika on drums. Vvachrri's mournful tunes consisted mostly of twinkly yet minimalist guitar, power chord drown in reverb and chorus, and chanted by two-layered vocals and poignant spoken words.
Lyrically, this Depok-based band deals with human problems such as bullying, abuse, death of loved ones, and accepting failures. ' Vvachrri has released one EP called “Likuita, Embodies…” under the label Sailboat Records, one split EP titled “A Year of Humiliation” alongside with Collective Shoes and one LP titled "Kitten Empire" digitally in 2017 and on CD in 2018 through Malang' finest Haum Entertainment.
