I used to hate these guys in high school, but now that I think about it, it was probably because of listening to them with five dollar earbuds on a ten dollar MP3 player in the hallways of a place I didn't like. I'm glad Parannoul put me back onto them.

Just lettin' the Swedish prog/kraut Walrus know they have a fan on last.fm. People who like the UK Walrus and stuff like Yes and are willing to do some sonic exploration, you would like the Swedish Walrus.

WALRUS is a trio from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada specializing in a form of jangly psychedelic pop. Their new EP Glam Returns was just released as a split cassette from Poncho (Halifax) and Out of Sound Records (Guelph). Snag one now! >> http://styrofoamdrone.com/2014/04/09/walrus-glam-returns-ep/

BTW, this page is evidence that album tags need to be used to create separate artist pages for bands with the same name.

I like the 70's Walrus. Too bad for the Japanese (and kinda gay, no offense) pic, doesn't quite fit with the music i'm listening to:)

I love the Japanese Walrus....it has been awhile since they made a record. Are they still together. And is anybody else a fan of Downy, and obviously Coaltar of the Deepers
