I'm out of the loop, did homie really chop up his digital tacks so people could scrobble more? lmao

(one month later) To answer my own comment: this guy is kind of a weird and pretentious man that shouted at the production team through the mic that they had to "find better and more expensive gear for someone like him". He just put on a mixtape he made beforehand of tracks of Lamentations and Melancholia and called it quits. Not recommended at all lol.

No...just read a few posts underneath this. Some fans are upset that his hour long tape loop jams are only "worth" one scrabble. They want their friends and family members to know how much they love Bill Kazinski, but, because of his inability to break up each track into 5 minute sections, his place in their last.fm charts is relegated to page 3-4 status.

that's very odd because I actually hate when a singular piece of music is broken up into several individual tracks. It's infuriating for keeping things organized in my library.

imagine superimposing your 80s-esque posh portrait on the picture of the burning twin towers as the cover art for your tape loop album and actually managing to convince everybody that this is some kind of serious high-brow concept art thing and not just a mediocre drone album

it’s a fan re-upload of the original which came out in 2011, when pitchfork (still at the peak of its powers) gave the disintegration loops reissue a perfect 10. the amazing takedown begins at 8:51 but the whole thing is pretty enjoyable and interesting, even if it’s a little dated now that pitchfork doesn’t have even 1% of the cultural influence it did in that range of 2001-2014ish

She probably read your Bukowski-wannabe fantasy about oral sex on the Massive Attack shoutbox and wisely went her way

Everyone who listens to William can agree that they don't have a reason why they like his music. You can try to fake it but internally you have no idea what the appeal is.
