Wunderhorse are an English alternative rock band, often combining elements of indie rock, psychedelic rock, grunge, and americana.
The band comprises former Dead Pretties frontman Jacob Slater (vocals, guitar), Harry Fowler (guitar), Peter Woodin (bass), and Jamie Staples (drums).
2022 saw the release of their debut album ‘Cub’, a collection of songs which found fans in Zane Lowe, NME and BBC Radio 1 and took the band on tour with the likes of Fontaines D.C, Pixies, Sam Fender and Foals, whilst also selling out their own headline slots along the way.
Slater has confirmed the band’s sophomore album is expected to be released early 2024.
