Classifying themselves as a "gutting rock'n'roll" band, the Yellow Spots from Budapest are an absurd rock band with morbidly humorous lyrics, upright bass and a brass section.
After consuming half a liter of paprikapálinka, Johnny Rotten sodomizes Fenyő Miklós at a raunchy socialist-realistic popfestival, and the offspring from this unholy union is educated on the writings of Marquis de Sade, Lucio Fulci's B-horros and Dreher beer. Thus "gutting rock'n'roll" is born as the untolerable, ear-splitting genre it is. Béla Lugosi eats a bowl of gulyás, shoots himself up on morphium and goes to a Yellow Spots concert. Komár László isn't that brave. He only listents to the bands songs behind closed doors on an earphone, while he ties his necktie and dances around in boots in front of the mirror.

"Every mother have to get listened to this band with her daughter." Yellow Spots comes from Budapest, Hungary by the concert organizer drummer, Schleki on the autumn of 2003. His influences are dixieland classics, neo-swing, psychobilly and of course The Toy Dolls tunes. He collects arround himself such people like the psycho fan, shoemaker Napocska playing on double-bass, the handsome jazzguitarist Mark and the leader actor Aberrált who is an art-punk freak fueled by beer and palinka. The crew before long expands by wind instruments. The windguys and girls always change keeping the band for a 7 members team. The conclusion: absurd and bizarre production with Balkanian morbid humour. They publicate their first demo included 13 songs in the year of 2005 called "Gutting Ballads". After this the "5 pieces dinner with the gutting men" Ep comes in 2006. Both of them are the band self issues. The band who definiates its style "gutting rockandroll" use to play regularly in Hungarian clubs and festivals, but it could be seen in Austria, Germany, Poland, Czeh and Slovak Republic too.
