Yvonne Kay is a pseudonym for Italo-Disco artist Ivana Spagna.
Spagna, born in Verona Italy 1956, recorded vocals for many Italo-Disco acts/groups in the 1980's including Baby's Gang, Yvonne Kay, Hot Cold, and Fun Fun. In 1986 she began a solo career under the name "Spagna"
