Biography
Takayuki Ishikawa (石川貴之, Ishikawa Takayuki), better known as dj TAKA, is a Japanese musician known for his contribution to KONAMI's Bemani series. His productions are mainly trance music. He has worked with other Bemani artists, such as TaQ and 脇田潤 (Jun Wakita), using the aliases OutPhase and iconoclasm, respectively. His other aliases include TAKA, Lion MUSASHI, D.J.SETUP, Risk Junk and D.J.Amuro.
Ishikawa released his first full-length album, milestone, on June 29th, 2007, containing some of his most outstanding works as well as remixes of his work by other Bemani artists including good-cool, L.E.D. and AKIRA YAMAOKA.
He is not to be confused with Takayuki Ishikawa (石川隆之), a composer who worked at Namco from roughly 1993 to 1996.
