‘Stay This Way’ is the second track and lead single of fromis_9’s fifth extended play, from our Memento Box, released on June 27th, 2022.
The song is about escapism and going on a spontaneous vacation to a sunny location by the beach with a loved one. The members sing to the protagonist about forgetting the mental and physical strain of daily life, and living in the moment.
The song peaked at #14 on the Gaon Digital 200 chart on July 2nd, 2022, and remained on the chart until the song eventually left the chart 11 weeks later.
The song received 5 music show wins, receiving their first win for the song only 10 days after its release.
