Biography
Innerkozmos is a collaboration beetwen three old time friends: the Csépányi brothers (László Csépányi and Szabolcs) and Attila Horváth also known as phonaak. The Csépányi brothers started composing electronic music in 2002 and had a few tracks released as C.L.S. They started making music with their long time mate phonaak who plays on bass guitar.
The trio has a large set of home recorded tracks made available on the last.fm. Their songs are mostly inspired by downtempo heroes like Kruder & Dorfmeister, Thievery Corporation, Baby Mammoth and Bonobo. From the beginning they have an occasional vocalist, Sanya, who is ready to become full time member of the crew, as soon they can arrange their personal life that he can participate more on the reherseals
In 2007 they released their first full album length demo on last.fm under the title kozmosounds. The whole album is fully streamable and available on last.fm, as well as from this website.
Their last output was released in the end of 2008, entitled Nebula, also available at their last.fm page or from this website.
The innerkozmos project has arrived to a turning point as the band is about to perform their first live show. This preparation means a lot of rehearsals and the recordings they make during the practice shall be released in live sessions albums. The first of these recordings got the title ’muffins’. During this recording guitars are played by Kolos Gunyhó whom innerkozmos will try to collaborate strongly in the future. Lately DJ Tocsek has joined the band; songs recorded with his contribution shall be soon available on last.fm and in their website as well.
