Biography
No Joke was a hardcore band from Doylestown PA. They were a band for about a year, but then broke up because of some dumb shit Mike "Cock in ya" Kokinda said, and because Ryan Maddalo broke edge and lied about it for a few months. The singer, Dion Barrella then promptly broke edge in coming months.
No Joke's influences included putting the entire head of the microphone in your mouth and screaming as loud as you could so that none of the music could be heard on your "EP", Gorilla Biscuits, and Bane. Imagine all those things throw together with a sweaty italian dude in weird costumes. That was pretty much No Joke.
Dion, Erik, and "Punk Rock" Jim can be found in some new band "War Pigs" that will be/has playing/ed (depending on the time you're reading this) for the first time on the 2006 New Years Bonanza.
All in all, No Joke was like fucking a fat chick. You had fun with it, but you were embarassed to tell your friends about it.
