vistlip is a Japanese visual kei band, formed in Tokyo, Japan on July 7th 2007.
Members:
Vocal: 智 (Tomo) [D'e lude → Ｊｅｓｓｉｃａ → レプリア(support) → vistlip]
Guitar: 海 (Umi) [ジーク → レプリア → vistlip ]
Guitar: Yuh [ジラーチ → ＳＩＮ → Ｊｅｓｓｉｃａ → vistlip]
Bass: 瑠伊 (Rui) [COЯE THE CHILD → Ｊｅｓｓｉｃａ → vistlip]
Drums: Tohya [RAVE!! → レプリア(support) → vistlip]
On October 18th, 2009 vistlip was performing on Tsukicon in Helsinki, Finland. The show was their debut performance outside Japan.
On December 9th, 2009 their 1st studio album entitled "THEATER" was released.
As of July 30th, 2010, the band has paused their activities due to an car accident in Nagano city. The band's car, driven by drummer Tohya, crashed into a tunnel wall. Their manager Asako Sakakibara, which was in the backseat, passed away. The band sustained minor neck- and arm injuries.
