Bought this + Troublegum on tape as we passed through a car boot sale in Brighton, during a skate-camping trip. Alongside that were the tapes of The Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy and Rollins Band. Did I buy too much for them even on tape? Possibly. But ultimately, who cares? It's one of those ones I had to have as a physical release, especially as I like to have a short rotation of tapes or CDs nearest to my Hi-Fi to go through each week. To the album, oh yes..tangent over. I really like the darkness portrayed throughout each of the songs, with it being fairly sinister (like others mentioned) here. There is a level of grittiness to the overall feel to the album and I do like the sound of the snare drum being at the other side of the room. It feels very early 90s in the best way possible.

...for me, this album marks the end of Therapy?'s first phase before they moved to the less sinister sound of Troublegum. Listen to Nurse together with Babyteeth and Pleasuredeath. All three albums have aged brilliantly.
