"Gives me chills" is a term that applies to a broad range of music. Invidually, it means any type of music, artist, song, or art of a song that give the listener that felling of "Wow, this is really excellent." Generally, this term applies to a piece of harmony, often with dissonance, resulting in a sound that our brain comprehends eccstatically. However, this term can also be applied to artists that a person enjoys deeply, so it is subject to interpretation.
