Touhou Project (東方Project) - is a game series of danmaku shooters, made by 上海アリス幻樂団 (Team Shanghai Alice), whose sole member is Japanese game maker ZUN, who does all the graphics, music, and programming.
Touhou is famous for prodigious amount of fanworks. These include doujin manga, music, games and much more. Touhou music, made by various doujin circles, is a part of Doujin Ongaku production and consists of game music arranges, which are made in all music genres.
