heyo Chitown Vibes, thanks for the visit. Not sure if I'm going to make the Shpongle Masquerade (although seeing Phutureprimitive again would be love) but i WILL be at the Cloud Cult show at Lincoln Hall and maybe the next night at Millennium Park. Hope all is well in your world.

my cousin gave me one of those plants awhile ago and it ended up dying; i'm not sure what i did wrong. she lived in humboldt, california, so it was a fairly cool and foggy climate (kept the plant indoors) and her plants were thriving (of course she has a greener thumb than i do). i live in washington, so it's also fairly cold, although i'll be keeping the plants indoors as well. i do enjoy bio, although i hate the tons of busy work that goes along with it (at least in my classes). i actually like organic chem quite a bit as well-- weird, i know :P no plans for festivals this summer yet, although i'm thinking of maybe going to critical massive-- the washington regional burner event. couldn't get tickets for burning man this year. i may end up going to the electric daisy carnival, although it's not as much my scene... you?

ohh, gardening :D excellent. i'm trying to develop more of a green thumb. i recently bought some mimosa pudica (sensitivity plant) seeds and am hoping that I'll be able to successfully grow a few. i've rarely tried growing a plant from a seed. right now i'm just going to school most of the time (prerequisites for grad school-- biology and organic chemistry at the moment). it's not too bad although i'm getting a bit worn out from so many years of school :P i'm listening to human agency now! i'm enjoying them... thanks for reminding me :P

seeing emancipator was pretty awesome! i was tired at the time, though, and had school in the morning (it was on a sunday), so it wasn't as great as it could have been! also i couldn't really see the stage from where i was. i love his music, although one qualm i had with his live show was that his transitions between songs wasn't the greatest (which i was surprised about)... but he was still worth seeing! the sound quality was good at the venue :) thanks for the music recommendations! i'll be sure to check them out :D what have you been up to lately?

Heyo, thanks for the shout. Electric Forest was beyond an incredible time last year (one of the best festie experiences evah) but I'm not as sold on this year's lineup as I've seen most of the bigger names. Kinda hoping they release two day tickets again this year, then I'll definitely go as it's just over an hour away from home for me.
