Hopefully I'll be at Wolf Parade. I entered a contest to win tickets, so I'm waiting to find out, but not sure when I will. I have Ticketmaster gift card I'd use to pay for the ticket, if I don't win. Also, I'm doing well. Been working and busy, trying to beat the heat now.

As soon as I saw you were the only other person listening to Beyonce by Wolf Parade I knew we had to be last.fm friends... That and the fact you used the same name for your forum forum name and your last.fm name so i knew exactly who you were...

I try to convert people, but they don't listen to me. It's very sad. Though I did succeed on my best friend. I suppose that's something, but she still only likes SR. Tis a start. Freshman year is going alright. Classes are mixed in terms of interest. Meeting some cool people and some not particularly great people. Nice to be away from home. Your gender is still very silly and frustrating.

No kidding. Today I was waiting for the bus listening to KTB. I wanted to rock the fuck out but instead I had to channel all my energy into tapping my foot on the pavement to the beat. I think the people at the bus stop thought I was really weird or had a nervous condition. Sometime, we should get really really drunk and scream along to that song. You are one of two people I know with whom I could do that. Neither of you are here. I am sad about this.

Steeeevveeee Sunset Rubdown is so goooooooood. Spencer's keeping me up far past my bedtime. He's such a bad influence.

Someone at the Halloween party I attended was dressed as the Green Man. I was very pleased, especially because Old Greg had accosted me on the way in.

Yes! Dennis & Dee on crack is one of the funniest things I've seen in a loooong time. Especially when they go to buy it.

I liked the one where Dennis & Dee's grandfather turns out to be a Nazi. Mainly because when Charlie opened the door in the uniform after all the buildup to what it actually was, my knee-jerk reaction was to yell "HOLY SHIT!" really loudly, one second after which Mac did precisely the same thing.

YEAH BUT IT TOOK PRODDING. FUCK, MAN! Really though, do you watch a TV program whose title makes the assertion that earth's nearest star always shines particularly brightly upon your fair city? Because I have recently discovered it to be delightful.

So So SO SO SO Hearing Mending with Spencer three feet away from and directly in front of me was indescribable...like, FUCK, that was an epic four or so minutes. Epic is not even the right word, it was transcendent and ecstatic and joyful and beautiful. Yes. That is what it was.

Sweet. I live in Northeast PA but I go to school in the nj/nyc area. What school do you go to? I'm trying to get to the Brooklyn show. I haven't seen sunset rubdown yet, but heard nothing but good things about their live show.

Awesome spot. I was pretty much right in front of Dan while I was on the barricade. It was good times, got pretty bruised up though, ha.

Amazing times. I love how they began with "Dear Sons..." (It's my favorite), and ended on such an epic note with "I'll Believe in Anything"...I got all the way to the barricade during this. Everything sounded fantastic.
