Sublime again? Emily, I thought you had gone clean... You should check out Massive Attack, it's some pretty good trip-hop, trance beat stuff. I'm not saying that based on anything at all except I just started listening to them a lot and I like it.

that sounded exactly like something i would post (i refer to myself as awesome more than i do with the word i.) the day of bright eyes has made me want to listen to it even more, it makes you wonder what would hapen if you listened to only bright eyes for a whole week ... of course it also might send you into a state of deep depression, so that might not be the best experiment ...

Awesome! I like your musical choices...and the most recent Harvey Danger album is fantastic...best part is, it's free on their website, you should check it out if you haven't.

i'm on the same page as Caleb, and that is saying something, considering that i just skipped away from beating heart baby to start fevers and mirrors. and Emily! we have Super musical compatibility - that's the first time i've reached that point with someone that i knew.

no, REM has not and never will be inducted into the rock and roll hall of fame. (i did check on this, in case you were wondering). and our musical compatibility rating is low, how is that possible? i think it would be between medium and high at the very least.

I love how I control Eddie's musical tastes. And while I'm not a fan of the REM, I will defend the Incubus choice. Still perpetuates the stoner image set forth by your Sublime, but hey, no judgement here. I'm interested in the Placebo, though. I've only heard the singles, is all of their stuff like that?

i didn't think i was going to have anything to make fun of, other thn maybe incubus, but then i got to your page and saw all that REM and it gave me something to comment on: REM is no good, at all.

ummm ... that is ridiculous. dashboard is REALLY good. when people like you or Caleb tell me that music isn't good, i really question whether or not i should like it and i listen to it a ton and re-evaluate my taste. in the case of yellowcard, this led me to only liking a few songs of theirs, but i've really re-evaluated dashboard and it IS good stuff.

Eluvium is a post rock band, like Explosions in the Sky or Godspeed You! Black Emperor. It's instrumental, ambient music, kind of like movie themes. Have you heard of Stars? They're a lot like Death Cab.

really, not even old MCR? b/c i can understand not liking the new stuff, b/c it is a lot different. and people in planes is really good; but they are really hard to compare to anyone, b/c they do a great job of combining seemingly all genres of rock since 1970.

I didn't know you were such a Weezer fan. Good call. What CD's do you have of theirs? I see Blue and Make Believe in your fave tracks.
