Wow, I didn't even know they went back that far. Isn't it the greatest when artists actually create better music as they progress? Rare, but great.

Awesome, thanks a lot. I really like the Iroha album so I thought I'd go back to the roots.

Dude, you should check out Sielwolf's IV. Amazing dark ambient dub music. Produced by Mick "Scorn" Harris himself!

what do you want in a pair of cans. Those are primarily gaming headphones. They have terrible bass reception. Outside of that they are one of the most comfortable cans, with the widest soundstage, one could get for such a price.

I know, isn't that ridiculous?! Soo many great tracks cut from the LP. Well maybe I'll come there to Aussieland. Opening track for my first set, will have to be now, ATR's Waves of Disaster and then UNKLE's Guns Blazing (Drums Of Death Part 1).

Thanks, bro. Glad to see that there are some fellow Aussie Godflesh fellows and that I'm not the only one who listens to it's associate side projects of said bands (God, Ice, Techno Animal etc) I am indeed from Sydney and currently still living in the area. I also wonder if you're from Sydney as well. As for Sielwolf, I have Nachtstrom at the moment and been listening to it nonstop. Music is chaotically abrasive and mechanical and I can see why it is compared to the likes of Godflesh and Einsturzende Neubauten. Rhythmically, it's more like Early Ministry and some KMFDM, but for the Godflesh part, it's some of the dark ambient tracks that does it's comparison and definitely Einsturzende Neubauten for the industrial noise. I found you on the Godflesh shout page when you were asking about Sielwolf and Khanate and saw you were a fellow Aussie as well, so.... yeah.

I know right, sucks. Ah.. I'm pretty sure Krush sensei hates/dis likes North America like most Japanese. He seems to really enjoy coming over and seeing you guys, you're really lucky. Anyways I'm planing on moving to Japan to teach English. That's should be my chance to HOPEFULLY catch a Krush show.

I had no money until after the Swans show happened.. it was heartbroken since I was in the city on the day of the concert. Because of my money issues, I also missed Gang of Four and Meat Beat Manifesto. I'm pretty heartbroken.

The 'word from JKB?' It's from his official Facebook page. Thanks for the kind words on Kontrol Deprivator, that's my first dnb track ever. I also like his older material better. There are some other influence namedrops in the Kontrol Deprivator bio, too.

Hmm.. I don't really like death metal. As for the Heaven's Door OST, I've just been meaning to buy that. Loved the movie! If my dream comes true, I will be living in Nippon in the very near future.

Thanks, man! I'm looking forward to those gigs, but few of them in my list are just a sad reminder, that I won't probably have enough money to see them. You were also referring to Supersonic Festival, right? Yeah well, no Godflesh and King Midas Sound for me... :( I thought I would find enough money and time to go there, but no... But I am probably very lucky that I can say, that I've seen most of the live concerts I wanted to see. We REALLY need Godflesh world tour. Why you won't be able to experience those artists live? I thought Australia has lots of music festivals and stuff...

i missed coraline in 3D in cinema, so i watched it at home and listened to ost early this year , quiet diverse and vivid. Games and CDs here are so expensive for me. normally i just download them. anyway, i bought some albums in JBHIFI,like Return of the king (only 10 aud, hiahia), the dark night, gladiator, and mononoke hime which is my favourite at all time!! still prefer buy cds online tho

i'm in Wuhan at the moment. seriously want to go back home though. there's a limit to how much you do on your own here once the work day is over (even though they sometimes last for fucking 15 hours) and you're back in the hotel. i don't speak any Chinese so i just sit at bar until i'm drunk enough to fall asleep as soon as i hit the bed and can go to work again the next day. oh well, it's a nice change of pace of the usual office job i do back home i guess. next trip i should make sure Shanghai is scheduled again, at least there's some fun to be found
