No, I'm sorry for being too late in my response... a little time ago I found by casuality an album by some members of Soft Machine, the project is called Planet Heart!, but the music it's kind of jazzy/space-age disco. I thought maybe you hadn't hear them already, so here is the link I grab this album:http://peruvianfeet.blogspot.com/2010/02/planet-earth.html - Any IDM album you recommend me?

Hi, I saw your name in my 'recent visitors' list and I must say I'm glad I clicked on it. Very nice taste! I'm interested in experimental / psychedelic / avant-garde music from other countries (like you do too, judging on the charts). Is there something like Ukranian psychedelic/avant-garde/.. music? (the more obscure it is the better I usually like it). A specific album from a specific artist?

In my country? Generally, most people prefer alcohol but still there's plenty of people who smoke mj... I love that plant, so many good memories, man... I wish I could light up one right now, ah :). You're from Lybia? I am asking because I don't understand this "Libyan Arab Jamahiriya"!?

The last group to me is the new avantprogger: 5uu's, Thinking Plague... OK it's always same drummer changing name to his project :-D I mean, sons of Hatefield & the North, Henry Cow and National Health mashed together. These is more or less, to me, what's prog today. Better than when You only had to go for genesis or henry cow side: no other options.

Well, the good news was from John Zorn legalizing death metal Naked City. This convinced people like me that metal was not only food for angry illiterates. So now we've got still people playing "melodic" prog like they were in 1973. Usually I don't listen to them, except Happy the Man or Bubblemath and few others. Neoclassical never excited me, neither in painting/sculpting/architecture nor in music. Then there is te most (IMO) interesting side: prog metal. Spiral Architect's [album artist=Spiral Architect]A Sceptic Universe[/album] to me is one of 50 best prog records of all the times. I guess if it's in best 10. It showcase, here I'm sure, the most exciting, awesome, impossible and exaggerate bass performance (during the whole record, 42 minutes of heaven for bass fans): I consider Lars Norberg a demigod. Finally there are people like Yowie, which are same time rio, math rock & progressive. They are sons of oblique progressive (from Zappa to Pere Ubu: "experimental using prog").
